The Road to Rio..
Jacqui, Harry and Coach Susan were on the water again this morning along with 2 additional friends to support her. Jacqui is an amazing athlete but more importantly she is such a sincere and inspiring person. Not one to look in the rear view mirror, Jacqui remains positive and takes it one day at a time.
Jacqui rows down the intracoastal in the mornings and is preparing to compete at the U.S. Nationals in New Jersey this summer to qualify for the Worlds then off to The Paralympics in Rio!

Boat Parade and Stuffed Eggplant with family and friends. A time consuming recipe but well worth the effort and if you are lucky, there will be some leftover, and everyone knows Italian food is best the next day!
